-We recommend and adhere to all Owens Corning solutions products and components for all our asphalt shingle roofs. 

-We use 1" Snaplock that's 24 guage in thickness, McElroy Metal, oven baked by Kynar in Galvalume or in a painted finis for all our metal projects.

-We use modified bitumen rolled roofing material for all our non-commercial flat roofs, dead valley's and any other troubled area that may need a little extra protection. The two options are peel-n-stick or torch down, for whichever application is needed.

-We use Ice & Water Shield, heavy duty water barrier with self-adhering backing in all transitions, around chimneys, dormers, roof tie-ins, pipe jack boots, skylights, curbs, under all 4 different types of wall flashing's, where back porches butt into houses and also in dead valley's for added protection between the flat roof to shingle transfer. Guaranteeing 100% water exclusion from all areas, all the time, for the full life of the roof no matter the harshness.

-We use 2" Kynar oven baked drip edge that covers the entire width of the 1"x 2" trim that perimeters the entire house.

-We use rubber grometed metal to wood screws for all exposed fasteners and flashing's instead of the traditional "nail and caulk" method to ensure these fasteners never back out or leak, for the life of the roof.

-We use high-quality roofing spray paint to paint all exposed flashing's and external components to match drip edge color to give it that extra "Pop" effect.

-All is available and used for all residential and commercial projects.
